AFro Hair&Beauty Live 2023

Afro Hair and Beauty Live 2023 was a highly attended event, with thousands of African Caribbean women in attendance. 

The event was organized by Diana Dahlia Pr, and featured a number of fashion shows throughout the afternoon, showcasing various designers.

 The press was given complimentary food and drinks in the press office.

Gilchrist, the stage manager, was responsible for ensuring that guests were well taken care of and that the show ran smoothly. 

Gilchrist remained backstage throughout the event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Hair stands at the event provided hair demonstrations using models, and exhibitors were able to sell their products to attendees. 

Sales were made and the turnout was impressive.

In addition to the fashion shows, presenters Stacey Phipps and Elayne Smith also made appearances.

Nicola Desnoes, a former model, has been absent from the Afro Hair&Beauty Live event for the past decade due to her commitment to studying at the Fashion University. 

Following her graduation, Desnoes learned the art of corsetry and now creates custom corsets for clients.

Recently, she designed a corset for celebrity presenter Stacey Phipps, who wore it at the Afro Hair&Beauty Live event in 2023.

Desnoes now owns her own fashion design company, Nicol Denoir, which specializes in designing corsets for women and other women's wear.
